I'd be reasonably certain not only that it is true, particularly of those stations which have been the leaders of the IBOC cheering section, but I'd also be reasonably certain that some stations ( particularly those who may have lower revenues overnight ) to accept it. There will also probably be some who will go through the motions of complaining even if they don't have a case, in order to try to get some 'free money'. I have no reason to doubt the ballpark of the numbers for WYSL's damages, and there will be some other stations with similar problems - especially those which have been shoehorned in. I would hope that a few more of those join in, and do so quickly so as to not leave WYSL and one or two others hanging out there looking like exceptions to the common case.
