Barry, Please don't drop the discussion.... your expertise is very valuable to all of us. I have to remind myself time-after-time that we are all working with a very limited medium here on the internet. Tone of voice is SO important in human communications and this durn keyboard robs us of: Tone of Voice. In face-to-face, tone of voice is so important in speaking to INTENT.
