Those of you who have experience with the DX Tuners software may
know if it
can interface with the current crop of SDRs like the RFSpace or
Perseus.
That might solve the whole thing.

I've had radios on both DX Tuners and it's successor, GlobalTuners.
Most of the radios on the network right now are Icom PCR100/1000/1500
models, although they've also supported other models like my Icom R-75
and 718 ham transceiver. Don't know if the new person running the
system would be interested in supporting the RFSpace models but you
