I agree. Most of them are on 1610 plus or minus a few kHz. Having a 1620 local doesn't help. As for souping them up, I do not think real estate people are technically inclined enough to diddle with them. Also, they are in service for relatively short periods of time before they are moved somewhere else. I have never heard one with audio processing and most are recorded using a telephone. I have reported two of them from home using the agent's name and company as per the sign in front of the house, using prepared cards, and am batting 50%.

As for my friend at Browns Point Radio-1700, I get splatter from it on 1710 at two miles.
