Don't know if Mr. Moman is checking, but had a 1575 carrier here (Spectran visible only, couldn't hear it) at 1900UT (11AM local time)...but it's mostly gone about an hour later. Only noted on the northerly Flag, so don't think it can have been an Asian.
And...we west coasters should also be checking for Europe at our local sunrise.
