Patrick, If the near metal piece is horizontal, you shouldn't have a problem. I run the bottom of my NW Flag through a metal garden fence and haven't noticed any change in its performance.

I think the NE EWE will work out well too. The only problem I see, is the NE downlead for the new EWE runs quite close to the Horizontal piece on the SW EWE. Like a couple or three feet apart, it looks like. I hope there is no interreaction with the two being so close? But the downleads on both the NW & SW EWE's run close to each other too and I don't see any issues there. I only have the room I have, so I have to do with what I have. hi. 73, Patrick _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list IRCA@hard-core-dx.com http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: irca@hard-core-dx.com _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list IRCA@hard-core-dx.com http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: irca@hard-core-dx.com
