Okay, I got some audio on my mystery "97.1 Frank FM" station on 1310. The clip is here:
http://www.pilgrimway.org/frankfm.mp3 You'll hear the Thompson Twins with "Stay With Me". That's the station, At about 1:25 into the clip you'll hear the Frank FM liner. Ads followed but I can't tell if they are from Frank FM or the ESPN station that's also on 1310. This is about as good as the signal gets. It's never too strong, best on peaks, but never really clean.
