As I noted about three weeks ago, WSYW 810, a 250 watt DAYTIMER (w/PSRA) is still signing on what I understand to be an hour too early. They are signing on at 0500 EST. I don't want to be labeled as a troublemaker, but I did get the courage up to call the station. Got the GM's voicemail and left a message. Don't know if he'll call back or fix the problem but I did what I should have, as far as I'm concerned.
Just to be sure, a PSRA station must sign on at 0600 or after but not at 0500, right?
