WSYW did not sign on at 0500, this morning. Sorry Rick! In fact they did not sign on at 0600, either. Look what I started! Maybe the engineer didn't know about the PSRA, or maybe the owner was thinking about the electric bill for the extra 90 or so minutes, hey it is a mighty 250 watts, now.... :)

They are signing on at 0500 EST. I don't want to be labeled as a troublemaker, but I did get the courage up to call the station. Got the GM's voicemail and left a message. Don't know if he'll call back or fix the problem but I did what I should have, as far as I'm concerned. Just to be sure, a PSRA station must sign on at 0600 or after but not at 0500, right?
