Paul - the sad thing is that they didn't even know that they were "cheating" . . . Like for THREE WEEKS! :() I didn't mention PSRA to the GM, I don't think that he even knows that WSYW runs it, he was wondering about sunrise times. WSYW has and uses PSRA.
I'm in favor equpment tests and frequent monitoring by each station just to catch these things. Said it before, WLNG 1600 (now dark) was off for 10 days before someone noticed. Don't know if he'll call back or fix the problem but I did what I should have, as far as I'm concerned. Just to be sure, a PSRA station must sign on at 0600 or after but not at 0500, right?
