[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 20 Sep 2012

 As others observed, a dip in conditions today, and a big dip in my 
case.  Even the Japanese big guns were reduced to carriers.  The only 
two channels with audio were 891, which was 4TAB rather than ABC 
Adelaide today, and VOA on 1575, which for some reason was actually a 
bit better than yesterday.
