[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 26 Sep 2012

    This morning was once again a bit better, though I can't rate is as 
glowingly as most of those further west.  Actually it seemed to start 
very well, with 774 having a great signal when I first began at 1200. 
Things were developing until signals took a dive around 1240, which is 
over 30 minutes before sunrise.  In the end, I had audio from Japan on 
693,747,774,828, and 1287, unID on 1188, and Korea on 972, 1566 and 
tentatively 1305.  972 was doing very well, rivalling 774 as top signal 
of the morning.
