[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 25 Sep 2012

    A bit better than yesterday, and strictly Asian, as others noted. 
A check at 1200 showed 747 and 774 doing well, but 747 actually went 
downhill from there.  Things peaked just before 1300 today, with audio 
from Japan on 693 (very weak(, 747, 774, and 1287.  The only other audio 
was VOA on 1575, which once again had the best signal on the upper end 
of the dial.
