[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 4 Oct 2012

    The upward trend continued, with further improvement on yesterday. 
Heard audio from Japan on 594, 693, 747, 774, 828, 954, & 1287, and from 
Korea on 972 and 1566.  No VOA Thailand but had unIDs on 702 and 837. 
First time for anything on 837 this season.  Both of those (along with 
954 and 1287) popped up around 1319, during a brief but dramatic spike 
around 1319, 10 minutes before local sunrise.  Those were the only 
additional freqs reaching audio, but a lot of carriers became much 
stronger for 2-3 minutes.
