Are you sure that 738 is Taiwan Gary?
I tried to match up your recording
http://www.mediafire.com/listen/doc3wuluygq4lf4/738-BEL2-1340z092613PL380.MP3
with the archive at
http://www.frs.gov.tw/newweb/live.asp?d=2013/9/26, and couldn't
manage it, at least at first hearing. On the other hand, I was able
to do so with a 1143 recording and an earlier archive. And the
thought that I'm hearing a station from Taiwan that you are not seems
a little unlikely, hi.

Thanks for the information.
The 1143 Chinese station that has been playing hide and seek here is
therefore from the Mainland, which isn't surprising considering the
number of Mainland stations that come out of the woodwork here in
September. I'm kind of puzzled why 1143-BEL3 isn't showing up along
with it, though, at least once in a while.
