<<< Are you sure that 738 is Taiwan Gary?

I tried to match up your recording
http://www.mediafire.com/listen/doc3wuluygq4lf4/738-BEL2-1340z092613PL380.MP3
with the archive at
http://www.frs.gov.tw/newweb/live.asp?d=2013/9/26, and couldn't
manage it, at least at first hearing. >>>

Nick,

That particular 738 kHz MP3 is only 25 seconds long, and not at a particularly
strong strength. If you would like to try matching a much stronger (and longer)
738 kHz MP3 recorded recently, the recording linked below is almost 3 minutes
long, and mostly at a potent strength, It was recorded on September 21st this
month at 1326, and was the strongest signal that the station has had here in
several years.

Are you sure that 738 is Taiwan Gary?

I tried to match up your recording
http://www.mediafire.com/listen/doc3wuluygq4lf4/738-BEL2-1340z092613PL380.MP3
with the archive at
http://www.frs.gov.tw/newweb/live.asp?d=2013/9/26, and couldn't
manage it, at least at first hearing. On the other hand, I was able
to do so with a 1143 recording and an earlier archive. And the
thought that I'm hearing a station from Taiwan that you are not seems
a little unlikely, hi.

best wishes,

Nick
