[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 14 Oct 2013

   We certainly have a long list of things to be thankful for, but here 
in southern Alberta TP signals were not on the list for today.  Unlike 
the coast, nothing at all in terms of TP audio.   A few carriers on the 
regular channels but that was it.  Very weak DU audio noted on 702 and 
891 shortly after 1335, but that was all.
