My observation in Southern California is that XEMMM has been high in frequency
for at least three years. When I can null KFIG or it takes a fade I can
occasionally make out the programming, which I have been able to match to its
webstream.

Walt,

XEMMM in Mexicali. Discussed this recently in my logs. Always hear the het in
the morning here. Getting definite ID is tough, but DF fits and there have been
previous logs of it. See MW offsets list:

940 940.174 MEX XEMMM-AM 940 Oldies (Mexicali/Santa Isabel)
                               [939.9839-] 20100406
