The electronics is a small part of the tens of thousands and it causes the interference, not the actual solar array. As mentioned, some manufacturers are well aware of the problem and claim to be successful at reducing / eliminating it. https://www.solar-electric.com/reducing-electromagnetic-interference-pv-systems.html is an example.
