HI Daou, Thanks. Interesting info. Sounds like something going on with the new CacheFlow software. When the Wccp commands are removed / re-added that tears down the WCCP adj so everything gets reset, etc.
If this is every 15 mins on the head, maybe a trace will show something interesting WCCP wise if there is actual increased traffic ... or maybe a ton of cache entries suddenly appear on the CacheFlow box that aren't really valid. It's been awhile since I've played with the CacheFlow (we have some in our lab). Were probably on older cacheOS.
