One interesting point is that although they have not removed the clause of 50 % of the license fee in case this amount is greater than 1.5 % of gross but they are not charging royalty on this basis and taking into account only 1.5% of gross revenue from audited account. We received the same and upon contacting PTA Islamabad Dr Ramzan Director Finance Office confirmed that they are not charging 50% of the license fee as royalty any more although there is no official confirmation on that. Please take into consideration only 1.5 % of gross....now to minus the charges (or not paying anything) and battle it out with PTA depends upon your own managerial skills....they are not going to shut you down if you pay something before June 30 thats for sure.   Regards Ateeq Khan Gem Net
