would appreciate if each member is at least acknowledged that the dues are paid
, this would remove any misunderstandings .
This
could have been made possible with the list , but if not , I would appreciate if
all members are told the amount due .

This could be the right time (Before Elections) to
get maximum membership + membership fee for the ISPAK. After elections this
will ease the new president and the office bearers to run ISPAK office
smoothly, otherwise they will involve in these tiny ISPAK office
issues and cant concentrate on big issues with PTA and PTCL etc. So my
suggestion is " Every present ISPAK member get
atleast one new member", Inshallah new
membership will help the present as well as the newly elected ISPAK
management.
Its my request to Bhutta Sahib to
extend the entry of new members for at least next three days so that new
members can also participate in the meeting of 10th ,July
2001 and can also cast their votes in the coming
elections.

ground.
Bhutta Sb is witnessed that on my personal requests funds
were arranged for ISPAK as when required. During my days in WOL, WOL
Islamabad office in 1999 was used as ISPAK regional office. That was the
time when, my friend Ansar used to come from Karachi, Bhutta Sb from
Gujranwala, Naeem, Shahid Alvi, Basit Alvi ,Asif Luqman from Lahore, Nadeem
& Slaman Ansari from Islamabad
I would propose that we in the
interest of Unity of ISPAK takes these advises and let all the operational
ISP's/DNOP's attend the meeting first at Karachi, then at Lahore &
Islamabad for deciding on the following.
1. AGM Decisions after
Lahore and Islamabad Meetings. ( We can also invite Islamabad ISPAK members
to come to Lahore if desired.)

- Lets stop this mud slinging and accusation once for all,
- Let us not delay the elections, ISPAK has by the grace of ALLAH
achieved substantially, it was OUR mistake we delayed elections and
Registration, let us unite as one ISPAK, I request all our members to
clear their dues and I also request Bhutta Saheb that all members be
allowed to clear their dues one day prior to
voting. Please avoid conflict and avoid dividing ISPAK in two
separate bodies. I know we are all educated since and we all mean well
but unfortunately we are involved in personality clashes more than
anything else, let us adopt a democratic way, if we all will work
together it will benefit everyone InshaAllah.
