This is the problem of Mr.Saad Saleem. He joined ISPAK in 1999. at meeting
in rest house organised by Mr.Wahaj ur Siraj of COMSATS in Islamabad. He got
registration in late 2000 and paid renewal fee in early 2001.

According to ethically he should pay since he joined and delivered a speech
against Chairman PTA. Who was helping us at that time.

On 17th May I meet to Mr.Saad Saleem. Mr.Imran Akhatr Shah. Mr.Qazi and
Mr.Naeem Haq in Islamabad Specially I travelled from Karachi to Islamabad
only to have this meeting with them .We decided all issues for smooth
election I proposed that year should be divided into four quarter and fee be
divided accordingly I also agreed web voting and Mr.Naeen took the
responsibility to provide software for voting to get consensus from all on
web. only paid members were to be issued password for voting.

I circulated all this but Mr.Qazi opposed and Mr.Muhammad Arshad Jalil again
advised to give them chance to keep with us.

I am ready to adopt any formula on it. You should propose. We will
implement.

We will do our best efforts to keep them joint.

Best regards.
Bhutta.
