This has to do with "Key administrator issue". The following are from the SiteProtector SP1.1 readme file, hope it might help you

You can monitor and control the Internet Scanner sensor using the
SiteProtector Console or the Internet Scanner Console. The first
console that connects to an Internet Scanner sensor becomes its
   key administrator.

If you plan to use both consoles to monitor and control the
Internet Scanner sensor, the following scenarios exist:

   - If the Internet Scanner Console connects first, you must use the
Public Key Configurator before SiteProtector can connect to the
     Internet Scanner sensor.

   - If the SiteProtector Console connects first you can connect to
the Internet Scanner sensor without using the Public Key
     Configurator.

You can find the Public Key Configurator on the Deployment Manager.
Do not run the SiteProtector Console while you are using the
   Public Key Configurator.

Subject: [ISSForum] Internet Scanner

Hi,

I have installed SP 2.0. It is working ok with the Network Sensor.

I installed IS 6.2.1 on another machine and Internet Scanner Data Bridge.

I have applied IS license key on SP Console and IS directory both.

Scanner DataBridge sensor status on SP Console is active.

I can start scans from IS interface and I can see the result on SP Console.

But when I am trying to start a scan from SP Console I get a message “Cannot sent iss.key license file to Intranet Scanner…”

Do you have any suggestions?

Regards,

Bojidar
