I think the Administrator account is only needed (or used?) for Windows machines and then only on some (though many) of the checks.
In 6, go to the Tools menu and then Edit Known Accounts
I don't like to leave critical accounts in there though. I don't want the scanner to be passing passwords to untrusted clients.
