Hi Dimitris, You should be able to successfully upgrade from version 6.2.1 as long as there are no issues with the key. You will want to be sure that neither the key nor the maintenance has expired on the key in question. If the key has become corrupted in anyway, this could keep Internet Scanner 7.0 from "seeing" it. If this is a clean install and you are importing your key from Internet Scanner 6.2.1, make sure that the key has been placed in the sub-directory of <PATH>\ISS\ScannerConsole\Licenses. If you are unsure if your key is of the older or newer format, first try to name the key <FileName>.key. If that fails, then try <FileName>.isslicense as the name format. Beyond this, I could only suggest opening an incident with [EMAIL PROTECTED]
