If you
have a SQL database, detach the database, (back it up), remove the file, and
replace it with a "clean" copy - you can find it on the ISS website. Be aware
that the "clean" copy is supposed to be pre-populated.
If you
are not using a SQL database, simply remove the data collection, put a new file
in place and re-start your Event Collector.
