This usually happens when the Sensor Controller have repetitive problems
trying to connect to any remote sensor.

See Windows Event Viewer looking for ISS errors describing problems to
connect to sensors.

I hope this helps.

I was wondering if any one is experiencing this problem. I am running
SiteProtector 2.0 (SP 2.1) on windows 2000 server SP4 with all the latest
patches installed. I find that every now and then the CPU utilization on
this machine goes up to a 100% and stays at a hundred percent until I stop
SiteProtector and restart the machine or kill the SpsenCtl.exe process
which
is the process using up CPU. I would greatly appreciate any help that can
be
offered in this regard.

Kind regards
