We are having same problems, and the sensor monitor ip address is on same subnet as the SiteProtector server.

The second question is how would you ever monitor this - we have a dozen or so sensors that are unavailable at any given time. Hopefully SP 3 will cover this. Regards, Chris R. Cunningham. See Windows Event Viewer looking for ISS errors describing problems to connect to sensors. I hope this helps. I am running SiteProtector 2.0 (SP 2.1) on windows 2000 server SP4 with all the latest patches installed. I find that every now and then the CPU utilization on this machine goes up to a 100% and stays at a hundred percent until I stop SiteProtector and restart the machine or kill the SpsenCtl.exe process which is the process using up CPU. I would greatly appreciate any help that can be offered in this regard.
