Roughly 50% of our 7.0 server sensor installs or upgrades from 6.5 (3.8) on Windows NT4 and 2000 servers fail. The install is fine, and they appear in the console, but never go active. The sensor either reports unknown or offline, and no amount of troubleshooting has worked. We had a ticket open for a month with ISS, but didn't get any answers there either. Has anyone else had issues with this?
