Hello all, I am presently going through a new install of SiteProtector. I am learning everything on the fly having worked with RealSecure for awhile, this implementation hasn't been too terrible but I have a couple of problems that some might be able to shed light on rather quickly. Sorry if they are noob questions. 1. My X-press Update Server doesnt seem to be working, I have it tied to an Agent Manager and have it pointed to www.iss.net:443 <http://www.iss.net:443> server but the updates don't seem to work. The catalog doesnt seem to be updating. Are there some firewall ports that need to be opened outbound besides port 443?? 2. I am installing 4 sensors. 3 of them do seem to get the updates that I have but 1 just doesnt want to take updates. I log into the sensor and see the xpu it's trying to download but it has a byte count of 0. What would cause the sensor not to receive the update properly??
