I've ran "make expr-test" both with and without regenerating the Cmake files
and the same error appears for both.

I seem to be running into an issue with kudu_util once again.
However, I noticed that when I run "./buildall.sh -noclean -cmake_only", I
already receive an error that no sources are given to kudu_util.
