[~robbie] - Haha yet after I made my original comment I started to have doubts.
This just proves that it's time more than ever to release 5.16.0 as is. This
discussion has gone back and forth over months and I can't even keep straight
anymore what we decided.
So we should just cut the release and move on to avoid more confusion.
