[~clebertsuconic] I understand why the message must be reconstructed, but not
why the conversion to core must be done during expiry. such conversion is also
offered as part of message consumption when the client is core/activemq. but
now when the client is amqp, the conversion was superfluous and also wouldn't
that conversion fail in the same way as reported in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-3461?
