The cdi-cleint bits use ancient deps in both the example and the main tree
tests, which pre-date modern versions and just dont work on them. I previously
had them skip out when enabling the PR build to work on 16+:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-3306. It seems like they need
ripped and replaced.
