Wow, this is great so far! I really like that you were able to able to
simplify rid of `Accessor` and `Mutator` and a +1 for me for having a single
`NullableIntVector` class without codegen. I think these are fairly stable
now, so maintenance for all the vector types shouldn't be a big headache.
Is it possible we could rename vector classes too `NullableIntVector` to
just `IntVector` since there is just one now, or is too confusing?
