Currently the tasks 'validateShadedJarDoesntLeakNonOrgApacheBeamClasses' and
'validateShadedJarDoesntExportVendoredDependencies' declare no task outputs,
which hinders up-to-date checking on rebuild.
E.g. currently
:beam-runners-direct-java | 0.907s | (total)
:beam-runners-direct-java:validateShadedJarDoesntLeakNonOrgApacheBeamClasses
| 0.531s
and after this change
beam-runners-direct-java | 0.395s | (total)
