I precisely plan to use heavily
```bash
./my/scio/job --runner=FlinkRunner --flinkMaster=my-flink-master.cluster:9999
```
which AIUI will depend for the foreseeable future on having at least the
flink-clients stuff around, which apparently does depend on scala… Meanwhile
having in-JVM flink vs. the Direct Java runner helps keeping a fast loop on
small scale and some diagnosis ability. Am I overlooking something ?
