Oups I have to lower my previous enthusiasm because I had not thought that
putting explicitly the vendored grpc version in sdks/java/core brings some
extra transitive 20M for `sdks/java/core` users for not much
:face_with_head_bandage: Wondering if this was the right fix for this problem.
