Do you really expect
{code:sql}select '1' from emp where 1 = 0 group by '1'{quote}
to differ from
{code:sql}select x from (select '1' as x from emp where 1 = 0) as tmp group by
x{code}
?
The latter gives no rows in PostgreSQL.
PG forbids to group by on constant value (it treats constant as a positioned
column reference)
