Ok, I think this is ready to go.
* fdfb65d switches to alpine images
* b1571f5 adds a build.sh for the hsqldb image (for consistency with
mysql/pg)
* 713e2b9 adds a `-h` option to the `StandaloneServer` (for docs)
* 26f9682 adds a new page to the website (rendered PDF of the new docs --
https://home.apache.org/~elserj/Docker%20Images.pdf)
Also, FYI @randerzander for feedback since I've been bugging you along the
way. Maybe @kliewkliew too? :)
