One more thing. I would have expected the query {{select * from emp where mgr =
100 or mgr <> 100}} to give wrong results due to this bug. It does not, but
only because Calcite's default rules use unknownAsFalse=false when simplifying
this particular expression. Other code may not be so lucky.
