Let's eat RexSimplify one bite a time?
I do not see why would we want to fold 3+4 in RexSimplify yet.
My main goal so far is to unlock fuzzer, and the fuzzer does not require +
folding.
As you see, fuzzer sustains 5 iterations only so far which is a pity
