It's true that AND and OR handling have gotten more complex but we need to go
back and reign that in.
RexSimplify has to remain quick and simple, because it is invoked thousands of
times in a complex planning process. You don't seem to accept that principle,
and it is fundamental, so we keep on coming to blows.
Also, you didn't address my point about matching deeper trees.
