[~zhztheplayer] I really appreciate your patient analysis. 

As I mentioned, I have tried to add a "NULL TREATMENT" operator. But I found it 
has some problems too. If doing like that, with my understanding the first 
operand of RexOver may become a "NULL TREATMENT" operator rather than an 
aggregate operator causing some "if ...else..."  and it seems ugly. Am I right?
