The existing {{class SqlCreateTable}} extends {{SqlCreate}} extends {{SqlDdl}}
extends {{SqlCall}} extends {{SqlNode}}. You should pause for thought why the
author (me, as it happens) did not simply make {{SqlCreateTable}} extend
{{SqlNode}}.
