[~julianhyde] I get it now. So i was initially on the right track with the
initial approach. I thought we didn't want that (adding isPercentile in
SqlBasicAggFunction), so i tried working on a different approach.
Are you going to create a new PR from your forked branch or do you want me to
cherry pick your commits to my PR or how do we resolve this?
