You can run the tests just by
{code}
mvn clean install
{code}
Or a specific test class with
{code}
mvn clean test -Dtest=FooTest
{code}
The profiles is there to not run the tests on the CI servers as they may hang
the CI servers. Though the situation recently with pax-exam 2.6 and karaf 2.3
may improve this.
