When using spring (spring-dm) or blueprint in the OSGi tests, then they use an
OSGi CamelContext that setup all the registry and whatnot to use the OSGi
versions. So eg OSGiRegistry would be used over JndiRegistry etc.
This happens automatic for you.
On the other hand if you create CamelContext manually you would need to use the
osgi version of it, and setup all that other stuff manually.
