- Is MY_HOST actually present in the OS environment (echo $MY_HOST in the
terminal where Camel runs), or only in the .env file loaded by Quarkus?
- Does the issue reproduce if you export MY_HOST=abc before running (so it's a
real OS env var, not just Quarkus-managed)?
- What exact Quarkus and Camel versions are in use?
